How long will it take for my order to be Processed?

Currently most of our designs are assembled by hand per order within 10 business days or sooner of order receipt and shipped immediately after completion. This is subject to change depending on order volume and material availability. 

What are Your shipping policies and timeframes?

USPS First Class or USPS Priority shipping are our current shipping methods. US shipping times range from 2-5 days depending on location. Items can be expedited once completed upon request for an additional charge. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address when prompted to ensure correct delivery. We cannot assume responsibility for items delivered to the wrong address if incorrect information is provided.

How do I maintain my jewelry?

We suggest using a soft cloth or paper towel to gently wipe off the beads and crystal elements when needed.  We do not recommend wearing your jewelry while showering or swimming.  Keep your jewelry away from extreme heat and sharp objects to avoid damaging the elastic cords or wire.  Avoid overstretching your bracelets to preserve the cord’s elasticity and durability.

What type of materials are used to construct your designs?

Only the finest quality hand selected natural semiprecious beads and gemstones, nickel free silver or gold plated accents, and latex free highly durable elastic cord are used in each design.

How do I select the best bracelet size for me?

We strongly suggest using a tape measure to measure your wrist for inch size. Be sure to measure as close as possible to your wrist without pulling the tape too tight or creating bulges on your wrist. When ordering, select the size option closest to your wrist measurement. Should your bracelet set not fit to your liking please contact us at gprincecustomdesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. We will try our best to work with you to ensure you receive a size that you will be pleased with.

Do you provide custom designs?

Absolutely! If you desire a color(s) not available in our collection we’d love to work with you to create the design of your dreams. We’ll consult with you to determine the perfect design and materials and send picture proofs prior to shipping to ensure your satisfaction. Cost will depend on materials used and a nonrefundable deposit is required. Please allow at least 14 business days to complete custom designs.
